CARDIO BLAST – A combination of hi-low aerobics, step sequences, kickboxing, or slide designed to improve and maintain cardiovascular endurance.

CARDIO CONDITIONING
- A challenging workout combining high intensity drills, jump rope, plyometrics, and strength work for a total body workout.

CARDIO  KICKBOXING
- This is a kick butt workout that combines basic martial arts technique along with extreme cardio training. Classes offer kickboxing moves such as jabs, crosses & kicks for all fitness levels.

CIRCUIT
- This class will increase cardio respiratory fitness while performing strength training exercises. A circuit is a combination of cardio and strength training stations.

Interval Power Hour-
This cardio challenge class includes intervals of cardio and strength training (drills and sculpting) to keep the heart thumping and the muscles pumping. Build strength and sculpt your physique using the step, weights, body bars, balls, resistance bands, and more!  All levels. 

STRICTLY STEP
– An intermediate step class focusing on cardiovascular training with step combinations followed by strength training and abdominal work.

LITE
SIDE – An entry-level exercise class featuring the best of both low impact and basic step moves.  Recommended for beginners, pre & postnatal woman, and senior citizens.

CLUB PUMP
– This class works all the major muscle groups of your body, using dumbbells and barbells choreographed to music.

INTERVAL PUMP
– A combination of cardio kickboxing and Club Pump – this class has it all!

YOGA
– De-stress and relax, build strength, flexibility and toning using yoga postures and breathing techniques.

PILATES
– This is the ultimate mind-body exercise for anyone who wants to tone, streamline, and realign your body without the bulked-up results of more conventional methods.

SILVER SENIORS – This class is taught at the Villa Maria in downtown Ocean Springs on Washington Ave, (In the first floor meeting room).  This is a chair aerobics class that includes cardio and strength training.

FIT’N FUN – Fitness class for ages 3-5.  Helps develop balance, coordination, and teamwork skills through games, imagination play, and floor exercise.

KIDS BOOT CAMP – Fitness class for ages 6-12.  Helps develop flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and endurance in a fun atmosphere.

INSTRUCTOR’S CHOICE
– A 75 min. class which incorporates a wide variety of aerobic and strength training activities.

ARTHRITIS, EXERCISE, & YOU
– A 45 minute class designed to help individuals with arthritis keep joints flexible, muscles strong and reduce the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis.

GROUP CYCLING-INTERVAL
– A 45 minute moderate to high intensity non-impact cardiovascular workout performed on a stationary bike.

SENIOR’S YOGA
– Designed to allow those with physical limitations, especially seniors, to participate in a very gentle form of Yoga performed while sitting in a chair working the joints and muscles to increase flexibility, strength, balance, and circulation.  Benefits include quiet reflection, relaxation techniques, proper breathing, reduced blood pressure, faster recovery from injury or surgery, better posture and increased mobility.

TAI CHI
– This ancient martial art form uses gentle, flowing movements designed to reduce stress, improve balance, flexibility and agility and increase energy, stamina and feelings of well-being.
20 MINUTE ABS CLASS – Intense workout for the abdominals.

PI-YO
– Based on movements from Pilates and Yoga.  Flowing movements of Tai Chi are also incorporated to warm the body.  This class will increase strength, balance, endurance, flexibility, and relaxation.

HIP HOP
– Basic floor aerobics mixed with dance moves set to pop/dance music.  Easy to follow routines reviewed before set, low-impact outlined as well.  Improves cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and coordination.
